Overview of TsWpfWrp.exe
What Is TsWpfWrp.exe?
TsWpfWrp.exe is a type of EXE file associated with Microsoft® Windows® Operating System developed by International Geogebra Institute for the Windows Operating System. The latest known version of TsWpfWrp.exe is 3.0.6920.1201 (lh_tools_devdiv_wpf_sp1qfe.080913-0552), which was produced for Windows. This EXE file carries a popularity rating of 1 stars and a security rating of 'UNKNOWN'.
What Are EXE Files?
EXE ('executable') files, such as TsWpfWrp.exe, are files that contain step-by-step instructions that a computer follows to carry out a function. When you 'double-click' an EXE file, your computer automatically executes these instructions designed by a software developer (eg. International Geogebra Institute) to run a program (eg. Microsoft® Windows® Operating System) on your PC.
Every software application on your PC uses an executable file - your web browser, word processor, spreadsheet program, etc. - making it one of the most useful kinds of files in the Windows operating system. Without executable files like TsWpfWrp.exe, you wouldn't be able to use any programs on your PC.
Why Do I Have EXE Errors?
Because of their usefulness and ubiquity, EXE files are commonly used as a method of delivery for virus / malware infection. Often, viruses will be disguised as a benign EXE file (such as TsWpfWrp.exe) and distributed through SPAM email or malicious websites, which can then infect your computer when executed (eg. when you double-click the EXE file).
In addition, viruses can infect, replace, or corrupt existing EXE files, which can then lead to error messages when Microsoft® Windows® Operating System or related programs are executed. Thus, any executable files that you download to your PC should be scanned for viruses before opening - even if you think it is from a reputable source.
When Do EXE Errors Occur?
EXE errors, such as those associated with TsWpfWrp.exe, most often occur during computer startup, program startup, or while trying to use a specific function in your program (eg. printing).
Common TsWpfWrp.exe Error Messages
The most common TsWpfWrp.exe errors that can appear on a Windows-based computer are:
- 'TsWpfWrp.exe Application Error.'
- 'TsWpfWrp.exe is not a valid Win32 application.'
- 'TsWpfWrp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'
- 'Cannot find TsWpfWrp.exe.'

- 'Error starting program: TsWpfWrp.exe.'
- 'TsWpfWrp.exe is not running.'
- 'TsWpfWrp.exe failed.'
- 'Faulting Application Path: TsWpfWrp.exe.'
These EXE error messages can appear during program installation, while a TsWpfWrp.exe-related software program (eg. Microsoft® Windows® Operating System) is running, during Windows startup or shutdown, or even during the installation of the Windows operating system. Keeping track of when and where your TsWpfWrp.exe error occurs is a critical piece of information in troubleshooting the problem.
I'm having a problem with an XP Pro machine connecting to a remote terminal server. The machine suddenly can no longer print. The event logs on the terminal server are showing error event id 1111 saying the driver for printer <printer name> is unknown but the real problem is because Easy Print is working. Please keep in mind this is not just a simple 'load the drivers and you're fixed' scenario. The remote server does not belong to the company and we have no control over what drivers are loaded. The remote terminal is running Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 and is not a domain controller. It's only function is terminal services.
The reasons why I know it's the local XP machine:
Here's what I've tried:
I'm out of ideas. The XP machine having the problem is setup like every other machine with the same software installed, same patches and updates, same service pack, same configuration, etc. The problem appears to be that Easy Print isn't working so the machine is falling back to the old driver mapping technique which of course is failing since the terminal server doesn't have the drivers loaded (which I can't do on a server I don't control). Obviously fixing Easy Print on the problematic XP machine will resolve the problem.
Any ideas out there?
